Julia White is a member of Warren Allen’s landlord-tenant practice, representing landlords and property management companies of varying sizes. Ms. White aids landlords with all facets of Oregon landlord-tenant law. In addition, Ms. White assists clients with various civil litigation matters.
Prior to joining Warren Allen, Ms. White served as a Law Clerk for the Magistrate Division of the Oregon Tax Court, where she worked primarily on real property and income tax disputes.
Ms. White obtained her J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School, where she also earned a Certificate in Federal Tax Law. While attending Lewis & Clark, Ms. White participated in the school’s Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, where she helped clients resolve their income tax disputes with the IRS. Ms. White obtained a B.S.B. in Accounting from the University of Kansas.
Ms. White is a member of the Pro Bono Committee and the New Tax Lawyer Committee of the Oregon State Bar Taxation Section.
Outside of the office, Ms. White enjoys hiking, exploring local breweries with friends, and spending time with her miniature dachshund, Wally.
