Daniel Eisweirth

Daniel Eisweirth brings an interdisciplinary background to Warren Allen’s landlords’ rights team. He earned a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Psychology as well as an M.B.A. from the University of New Mexico. He then earned a J.D. at Lewis & Clark Law School. While a student, Daniel gained experience both as a Legal Extern at Oregon Public Broadcasting and as a Legal Intern at Lewis & Clark’s Small Business Legal Clinic.

After graduating, he worked as a Paralegal Specialist at the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Office of Disaster Assistance. While studying for the Bar Exam, he held the position of Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Todd L. Van Rysselberghe at the Clackamas County Circuit Court. He subsequently worked as a Class Action Project Specialist at Epiq before joining Warren Allen.

Daniel maintains a strong interest in both the performing and visual arts. He holds a black belt in Shorin-Ryu Karate and is an avid hiker and novice racquetball player.
