Tyrone N. Taylor primarily assists clients with real estate, condominiums, estate planning, taxation, debt collection, and general litigation matters in both Oregon and Washington.
Mr. Taylor has a broad range of experience representing clients in weighty matters. He represents real estate developers in condominium applications with the Oregon State Real Estate Agency and county surveyor. He has handled collection cases with an amount in controversy up to $750,000. He works with clients in planning estates, sometimes valued over a million dollars. As a Judge Advocate in the Marine Corps, Mr. Taylor oversaw the contested separations department for Camp Pendleton. He also advised the base general and Inspector General regarding issues involving the Code of Federal Regulations, the Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, and Marine Corps orders.
Mr. Taylor received a JD from Regent University in Virginia Beach, and has an LLM in Taxation from the University of Washington. Mr. Taylor is an Oregon native and lives in Gresham with his wife. He enjoys reading, listening to history podcasts, and being a residential handyman.
