Jonathan Riffey
Jonathan Riffey is a member of Warren Allen’s landlord law department. Mr. Riffey received his B.A. from Pacific University in Forest Grove, OR, and his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, WA, where he graduated Cum Laude. While in law school, Mr. Riffey participated in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court team and obtained a CALI Award for Academic Excellence.
Prior to joining Warren Allen, Mr. Riffey was an Associate Attorney at Steven Law Office in Spokane, WA where he gained valuable experience representing a diverse selection of clients including manufactured home parks, subsidized housing providers, and market-rate property management companies. He has successfully litigated landlord-tenant cases across Central and Eastern Washington, including unlawful detainers, forcible entry and detainers, and defending Manufactured Housing Dispute Resolution Program and Washington State Human Rights Commission claims against landlords.
Mr. Riffey is committed to changing the narrative surrounding landlord-tenant issues to assist his clients achieve their desired results. In his spare time, Mr. Riffey enjoys spending time with his wife, playing games, and exploring all that the Northwest has to offer.
