Matthew Marshall is a member of Warren Allen’s Landlords’ Rights team. He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Lewis & Clark Law School and holds a degree in forestry from the University of Vermont. Before law school, Matthew spent several years in hospitality as an operations manager, gaining a practical understanding of client service and day-to-day problem-solving that he now brings to his legal practice.
Matthew focuses on landlord-side residential and commercial matters: lease enforcement, compliance, evictions, tenant disputes, and risk prevention. He brings property owners clear, grounded guidance through Oregon’s landlord-tenant laws.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys reading, hiking, board games, and spending time with his pets, Hypnos and Quincy.
