Lisa Millstein is a member of Warren Allen’s general civil team and is focusing on complex and wildfire litigation. She received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from University of Oregon School of Law in 2023 with a concentration in natural resources law and joined the Oregon Bar the same year. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies and Geography from the University of Oregon.
Prior to joining Warren Allen Ms. Millstein was an extern in the chambers of Oregon Supreme Court Chief Justice Meagan A. Flynn. She was also an intern at the Tualatin RiverKeeper and a Clinic Clerk at the Western Environmental Law Center.
During law school, Ms. Millstein served as a Conference Co-Director for the Public Interest Environmental Law Conference, a legal fellow for the Food Resilience Project and an oral arguments competitor on the Environmental Moot Court Team. Ms. Millstein is passionate about ensuring the people of Oregon successfully recover from their wildfire related damages.
Outside of the office, Ms. Millstein enjoys hiking, baking, and has recently started training for her second half marathon.
