Nicole Lemieux assists clients in a range of personal injury matters and advocates for survivors who have suffered due to institutional abuse or neglect. She received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Willamette University College of Law and attended Oregon State University for her Bachelor of Science degree.
Ms. Lemieux comes from a background of victim advocacy. She draws on her experience to continue demanding accountability from powerful institutions, including the Oregon Department of Human Services, the Oregon Youth Authority, Oregon county school districts, and other public and private institutions of trust, for allowing systematic abuse to occur. She firmly believes each case brought to light helps push for changes at these institutions to prevent similar abuse from happening again. This belief translates to a zealous advocacy and putting her client in the center of her focus when creating a litigation strategy.
In addition to her victim advocacy work, Ms. Lemieux represent clients in medical malpractice matters, motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall, and a variety of âcatch-allâ personal injury cases.
Outside of work, Ms. Lemieux competes on the Oregon Women Lawyerâs (OWLs) Dragonflies Dragonboat team. She enjoys spending her weekends estate sale shopping and hosting game nights with friends and family.
